Problem is, he doesn't know if it was political decisions yet either. And yet he makes these rabble rousing inflammatory comments. Whats more, murder requires malicious intent and is utterly innappropriate here. |

How do those things fit with the idea that the current government simply tax the rich less and hurt the poor out of some sort of ideological malice? |

People on that sort of salary are already paying far more tax, of course. They certainly arent taking home 3 times what an average man does. Someone on 25k takes home over 20k per year. Someone on 75k (3 times the other) takes home 50k... Then theres the marginal tax rate on people earning over 100k. There is already an effective tax rate of 60% on earnings between 100k and 120k ish. This, along with removal of child benefit for high earners, was brought in under a conservative government. Also, Im amazed in the election that not many people took any note of that fact that hiking 5% on income tax for people on 80k brings in a few billion only. Its not a solution, because there arent that many of them. |

Why is enough enough? Is he trying to connect May with Grenfell in some bizarre way? This politcising of a horrible disaster, the facts about which we really don't have yet, is utterly despicable. |

Haven't you heard? Corbyn actually won. At least thats what he and his supporters seem to think... |

You can engage with a conflict to seek peace, without appearing to be highly partisan to one side, and praising and condoning that side. |

Notably though, Trump presumably would not have agreed with interning the Irish, banning them from entering the country, or taking severe steps against the USA for being a funder of terrorism ... |

The problem is that she is patholigcally incapable of accepting when she might not know something and simply makes stuff up whilst being patronising. |

He's not bright. In fact, I'd say hes very very very non-bright. Really non bright. He's not a bright man. Not bright. |

Like I said- idiots in parochial politics is no surprise to anyone. I very much doubt he would actually put into place such a policy had he the power, but it was a stupid and offensive thing to say. The benefits thing is another issue entirely. |

I dont think that its a surprise that there are obnoxious people and idiots involved in parochial local politics. There is a degree of uncomfortable truth behind what he says, even though what he is reported to have said (and we should note the lack of context...) is objectionable. Care for very disabled children is very expensive, and in some cases simply prolongs the agony for all in circumstances where the child really has very little understanding of the world or its family. As a society we say "we don't care about that- we are still going to provide that care because its the right thing to do". Logically, there is a discussion to be had about apportionment of finite resources that none of us really want to consider. |

You need to speak with a solicitor. Ideally in my view, one who is with a decent sized reputable firm with some genuine specialism in clinical negligence (rather than just an individual claiming that expertise and doing all sorts of other stuff). Many will offer some sort of initial consultation. Those with the knowledge on here are unlikely to advise and those who advise on here probably dont have the konwledge. In very broad terms, the test is whether what was done was not something that a reasonable body of professional opinion would agree with. And that action then caused some damage. Bear in mind the 3 year limitation period (though that may only run from the date of knowledge) [Post edited 11 May 2017 18:32]

The fact that other things are imperfect does not warrant killing stuff for fun. Its not an efficient method. Nor does it kill many foxes on the whole. Its for fun. |
