But of course this is just a coping mechanism and I know what a vacuum the current shambles is creating in my life. I need ITFC back. The ITFC which used to try and win games. The ITFC which brought excitement, edge of the seat stuff. Sadly I can't see this defer returning under a disinterested Evans and an overpaid McCarthy. |

A good score for Half time. C'mon Town make this one stick. Glad to see the goalkeeper change although not the best of circumstances for it to happen. Just like when Mick made the bold move to go to proper full backs think we need a similarly bold move to put a goalkeeper in the team who can command his box. Hopefully Bialkowski can do this. Gerken is a great shot stopper but his lack of authority in the box has become alarming and unsettling I'm sure for the defence - hence loads of ridiculous goals conceded |

Mick - if Loach goes and that means you buy a new No 1 keeper with Gerken being understudy then OK. Very sorry to see Loach go but Gerken is certainly not as good as him and has made a myriad of costly errors this season. Millwall away takes the biscuit!............if Taylor goes and you get someone of equal flair but with a decent personality then OK. Taylor must just be a total XXXX off the pitch for him to be discarded this way..........BUT, why or why are you not off loading Nouble, he is the worst "player" to put on a Town shirt in decades. He must have something on Mick because no sensible footballing man would have him anywhere near his team. That's some blind spot Mick! |

Mick - thank you very much for steadying the ship this year and having us at the upper end of the table! However, next season please could I make a few requests.
Please sell or give away Frank Nouble - he may be a nice bloke but he is a truly awful footballer. The mere mention of his name near a team sheet sends despair into my Ipswich loving heart.
Please play our best players and not your favourites only. This means Scott Loach, Paul Taylor and Elliot Hewitt please.
Please try and win games instead of trying not to lose them - the excitement and entertainment value has been exceptionally low this season. Another season like this on top of the daft things the Milne and Symonds muppets are doing to suppress ticket sales will see crowds below 10000 for sure
Please play 2 up front and find a winger to support them.
Please, please if we get to a position of being able to make the play offs with 4 games to go without relying on others, could you try and put out a team formation that at least hints at wanting to rise to this challenge
Please play to win "must win" games as yesterday's attempt was a disgrace

This Club has lost it's heart and has no interest in the community. It is run by people who haven't a clue and who don't care about anyone who can't save or make them money. Knowing this lot they probably thought supporting a community bit of the Club was too much hassle. Don't all other clubs have a community part? Who are they kidding telling us the Academy is a charity and conning people to give it money. Give me strength! It seems only Mick comes across as a decent bloke at our Club these days.
