Hunt was my MOTM but thought he was only stand out player apart from Gerken who made some quality saves. Tabb was poor first half but then so was everyone else and could count on 1 hand the amount of balls played out of defence to feet. |

Hardly a pub side. Walsham are a very well established local team who gave it their all tonight but could not have expected any better against the line up ITFC put out, almost a whole first team. Ipswich neat and tidy withgout really firing on all cylinders. |

Why the love in for Matt Holland? Just cause he clapped the fans and ran around a lot does not suggest he would cut it as a coach or manager. If we want to appoint a club legend then promote Chris Kiwomya as he has done his badges and has experience of the youth / reserve setup. |

Matt Le Tissier was a striker and his job was to score goals. Andrews is a midfielder who is on a good goalscoring run which will end at some point. Then he has nothing to offer to the team. No assists to his name and I cannot recall a decent tackle made which is what he is really in the team for.
Anyone who thinks he will score 9 in every 19 games he plays needs their head tested. Would be pushing 25 a season at that rate. |

I was in Hull last Saturday for a family do as the wife is originally from there. We had the pleasure of listening to the games on the radio with several Hull fans which was not much fun :-( They seem to suggest that on recent pre season tour he broke a curfew and came back to the hotel steaming drunk and let of 2 fire extinguishers. He was confronted by one of the coaches and proceeded to tell him that once he left Hull he would come back and f*** him up. Whether this is true or not I dont know but the Hull fans should know roughly what went on. |
