Town Takeover Completed
at 18:59:06

Excellent news - the Marcus Evans experiment promised a lot but failed miserably for both parties, in large part due to their lack of football knowledge and poor recruitment of CEO, managers, and players. The new group at least bring some football experience and connections, which gives me more hope than I've had in the last 20 years that we have a plan and realistic chance to get back into the Premier League over the next 3-5 years. Welcome and good luck to our new owners. COYB

Town Launch Sustainable Away Kit
at 18:14:13

OMG the shirt's awful - like Marseille but with a horrible camouflage style print on it. Shorts and socks are ok, but I doubt they're big sellers in the club shop. GK kit is ok but looks like it's been branded by Ed Sheeran with the blue camouflage print down the side like his Divide album cover.

McCarthy Confirms Smith Set for Colorado and Hoping to Have New Loan Signing Ahead of Bolton
at 20:14:52

Shocking decision to replace Tommy (who.is v reliable and has potential to improve) with another loanee. Yet another example of how ME & MM are taking our beloved club backwards, and why I've not regretted cancelling my season ticket this year (after 30 yrs)

Smith Close to Colorado Switch
at 15:50:36

WTF - this makes no sense to me for a few reasons

1) By my reckoning this would leave us with 2 decent centre backs, of which one is only just back from a significant injury. Even if we bring in the chap from Brighton to replace him this is not enough, esp as we don't seem to have any youngers ready to break through
2) Smith is one of our best and most reliable players, and this is not exactly a step up for him that we couldn't stand in the way of
3) Smith is a fans favourite, so selling him would drive an even bigger wedge between the club and fans

I wish the club would be more honest with fans - don't pretend we're targeting promotion if we're not prepared to invest, are willing to sell our best players, and only target loans/freebies to replace them :(

Milne: We Must Bring Back Younger Fans
at 00:38:17

I agree we need to encourage young fans into / back to the club, but why then increase young fans prices by 400% - I have 3 kids under 10 with season tickets and alongside mine our price is going up by £130. How will this help bring new fans in???

Town Announce 2017/18 Season Ticket Prices
at 00:21:45

WTF - I bring my 3 kids with me each week so I would appear to be the type of fan that the club is trying to appeal to, however every single one of our tickets is increasing in price - mine by 1.5% and theirs by 400%, which equates to an increase of approx £130. I despair with where our great club is going - the quality and style on the pitch is dreadful and the decision making off the pitch is even worse.

I think we need a new manager who is more attack orientated, believes in passing football and puts proper faith in the kids to start bringing the fans back, as we've been slowly drifting backwards for the last 15 yrs

Town: Any Move of Fans from Co-op Stand Will Be Carried Out Fairly
at 22:03:42

We have 10k spare seats every week including many in the Co-Op stand, so why not make the whole Co-Op stand a family stand???

I simply can't understand why the club is choosing to alienate loyal fans by forcing them to move when they are happy where they are, where they have formed close friendships with those around them and are paying c£500/seat every year?

For the record I've sat in this section for 24 years - I sit in this section with 2 of my children and both of my parents now, but like many others there have been spells during this time where none of us have been under 18. While we will not be forced to move I don't think it's fair that others have to move, and our matchday experience would be less enjoyable if our friends had to move, (I appreciate we could move too, but the Cobbold stand is hardly appealing is it?)

I'm proud of the way the club stood by Luke Varney through his recent injury, could the club not stand by our loyal fans in the same way?

Mings Agrees Terms With Cherries in £8m Deal
at 21:40:29

Good luck Tyrone - think Bournemouth will be good match for you, and can see you flourishing in the Prem next year. We'll miss you at PR, but hopefully Big Mick can continue to work his magic in the transfer market and we'll see you in the Prem in 12 months time! Sounds like a great deal for both parties to me!
