Town Targeting Wimbledon Striker Al-Hamadi
at 13:47:24

Obviously way better than signing nobody but it's a huge ask for him to step up from League Two to a top Championship side. Not unheard of for it to work but many more examples of it failing than working I would suggest.

Blues or Burnley to Host Sheffield Wednesday or Fleetwood in FA Cup Fifth Round
at 02:07:51

If you think we have any chance to win the cup, you aren't just dreaming, you're in cloud-cuckoo-land. That said, good draw. Burnley likely to play their strongest side or close to it in the replay - promotion is all but guaranteed for them and they would love to make a really strong cup run too, some of their fans probably feel like they have one foot in the quarter final already with two home games against lower league opponents being the only hurdles. Very tough game but not unwinnable of course.

Would have thought a League Two club would want him for sure. I suppose playing time is the most important thing.

Well the squad rotation will be described as canny if it works and naive if it doesn't. Let's see.

Bonne's QPR Future in Question
at 18:54:28

Given the rather farcical fees being thrown around for Hirst in passing, this would be the wiser move I think. However, we will need to improve in this position if we go up I'm afraid, it's hard to envisage Bonne and Ladapo being effective in the Championship. Hope we get more of pre-Christmas Bonne rather than post-Christmas Bonne from last season if we sign him!

Leigh, Aluko and Jackson Start at Burton

Got to put at least two past their defence given their shocking performances thus far. Should be enough to see us to 3 points...

McKenna: Not Impossible For Simpson to Break Into the Squad
at 12:28:09

"So long as our strikers keep failing to score" being the reason why it's possible, I'd posit.

It's rather embarrassing that out of Bonne, Norwood, Pigott, and Jackson none of them have been able to really justify a starting spot as of late.

The ITFC Crest: time for an update?

Your first suggestion is the best imo. Nothing but blue and white is too minimalistic, and I just don't like the yellow much.

Bonne in Team of the Week
at 14:45:23

Cole Skuse was underrated. Not lamenting in any way for the MM days, but he intercepted so many threats before they became dangerous, we need a first line of defence like that now.

Cook: I’m Sure We Will See a Very, Very Entertaining Game of Football
at 11:10:21

Back in the 70s, a 6ft striker was tall. Allan Hunter was 5ft 11 (he wasn't 6ft2, and I'm not sure his eyes were blue either). Nowadays, centre backs and strikers of 6' 4 or more are commonplace, and at 6'2 Hladky is diminutive amongst these giants.

Crowe Set for Braintree Loan

@Bluetone, not Mick's fault or anyone else on Town's side of the deal if Stevenage decide not to play the players they sign on loan. That's exactly why he's now being sent to a lower level, isn't it? To try and guarantee him some playing time?
