Dear jas0999, go and support norwich as your loyalties clearly aren't with ipswich, otherwise you wouldn't keep having a go at Paul Jewell all the time...pretty much every single supporter wanted Bullard at the end of last season...Paul Jewell isn't to blame for everything...as soon as something bad happens it's suddenly Jewell's fault, but when things are going well in terms of results (like over the last few weeks) you don't mention him...not one of your comments have had a positive reflection of Jewell...

it seems pretty ridiculous to only offer him one year...i for one would have liked to have seen him offered a 2 or 3 year deal. Carson on the other hand is a worry.

Why oh why is he going to sign a new 2 year deal when Paul Jewell keeps leaving him out of the 16 man squad...must be doing wonders for his confidence. I seem to remember not too long ago (possibly last season), that martin and carson on the wings caused problems for most teams, and now carson is very rarely in the squad...put him in the midfield with hyam drury and martin...average age = 22.5 years...there's the youth factor we've all been waiting...

don't hate me for saying this, but maybe relegation isn't such a bad idea...look at the teams who got promoted from league one...norwich won league one and then got promoted to the premier league in consecutive seasons, leeds didn't do too badly last season either. Southampton got prmoted last season and now top the Championship, Brighton have a had a slip in form but aren't doing too badly either...maybe we need to get relegated...start from scratch, get some momentum, hopefully get promoted again and then see where that momentum takes us... |

I only managed to get to 3 games last season having been away at uni but both games i went to at protman road (against preston and palace), the only voice i heard was jimmy bullard's so why not make him captain... |
