People don't understand Mick is a results man.
If Mick could win every game 1-0 and have a pass completion rate of 10% he'd take it.

Why does no-one appreciate what Mick has done for this club?

Look at the resources he's had to work with compared to the top 6 - even Sheffield Wednesday have spent big this season. Even if we do miss out on playoffs this year, it's still not been a bad season - we've grinded out some good wins. Unfortunately I don't think until we invest in some real quality Championship players, we'll get out of this division.

Yes the style of football we play isn't great but when you lack creativity in the middle of the park and you have an target man like Murphy upfront there's not much other option.

Lets not try and force Mick and T out this club, not sure if anyone out there could do better with the players we've got!

Does my head in when fans boo their own players. A good example of this for me, and I know he doesn't set the world alight but it's James Milner for England. Comes in and does do a job to be fair.

Do think it might be time to drop Hyam however. Despite the effort he puts in, I do think he's a very ordinary footballer and I also don't think we can have him and Skuse in the same XI.... they are both the same sort of player, just Skuse is a little better / more experienced. The fact our defence has scored comfortably more goals than our midfield this year spells out the fact we need a more attacking midfield surely?
