Just got back from Leicester. Great atmosphere - well done all. So far I have a lot of time for PJ - he seems to talk a lot of sense and he brought Bullard in to entertain us. However, why didn't we start with Connor upfront and Carson on the wing? We looked so much better after Scotland went off.

Budgieplucker I totally agree with you. Bonuses are the way to go. A large part of my pay is bonus based and it makes me work my socks off. We don't want to be saddling oursleves with huge wage bills but no harm in promising good rewards for good performances. There are objective measures - clean sheets, assists, goals etc. |
