Exactly, to get that classy equaliser so late on in the game and then throw it all away in such a disappointing matter at the death was avoidable and damn right gutting for everyone.

Mbeumo's long range late winner, what a soft goal to concede, surely Muric should have saved that one.

Farnborough, Hampshire, details just added to survey.

My first Ipswich game was the 2-1 win v Portsmouth at Fratton Park on 4th May 1968 during the promotion season of 1967 - 1968 when they were crowned champions of Division 2 and pipping QPR, a John O'Rourke double for Town.

Indeed, and he produced a wonderful hammer that smashed the rotten self serving corrupt Tories out of power last night, whoever uses it as a put down upon him, I bet he's having the last laugh.!!

We've got our club back, time to get the country back too
at 17:53 22 May 2024

Well said my friend, light at the end of the tunnel at long last for the long suffering people of the UK to completely rid themselves of this utterly rotten, self serving and incompetent shower in power and hopefully cement the terminal decline of the Tory Party.
2024 could well turn out to be a vintage year coupled with the astonishing success of ITFC.
Election time, bring it on!!

Statto Time (Part 2)
at 14:50 4 May 2024

You absolute beauties, what a thoroughly level headed professional performance that was, congratulations lads and everyone at Portman Road for one of those magical days that will be remembered in ITFC history for many years to come!!
Time now for a few sherberts, a long break, regrouping and preparation for the PL, bring it on..!!
And being an old f*rt and completely old school, how about these mouth watering statistics:
In the good old days of two points for a win, this is how the final table would look right now:
1) Ipswich Town P46, W28, D12, L6, GF92 GA57, PTS 68
2) Leicester City P46, W31, D4, L11, GF89, GA41, PTS 66
3) Leeds United - We won't bother about them now..!!

Have a great night you Tractor Boys and Girls and time to chill out after a frantic few weeks!
