They’re people just like you and I, no person can be illegal. Shocking use of language when people have just died. |

You'd never see any of our players goading on social media, wearing a shirt with a scoreline on the back, nor would you see the Green'Un giving it the big'un ejaculating all over this supposed dominance (they still haven't qualified for Europe this side of 2000, and are universally thought of as a yo-yo club whenever they're in the Prem making up the numbers) When we eventually win, this record will be relegated to the history books, which, as per their logic (or lack of), is something that cannot be raised. The most realistic of their fans will realise the tide is turning, we're going in one direction with fantastic owners, a great CEO, and without a doubt, the best young manager in the country. |

When we eventually beat them, a whole generation of scummers won’t know how to react, and it’ll be glorious. Bigger picture, we know we’re on the ascendancy and in safe hands. |

Rotherham at home felt the same as when we played Crewe and beat them 6-4, we couldn't seem to pull away, think Crewe were also battling relegation at the time. |

A quick browse through Twitter with the #itfc, you’ll notice it’s the same 5/6 accounts that are either giving him abuse or consistently calling out players, one minute they love the player, the next minute, the player needs to be sold etc. There seems to be a rotation of who they moan at. Quite clearly, these people behind the accounts have no care for the impact their words can have on people or the players as they view it as ‘banter’. We’ve all seen the issue from this week with Wes Burns. |

One of the fans in my section in the Upper South, always smiling, will be missed. |

Transfers need to be spot on and hit the ground running from the off. |
| Forum Reply | Credit Leeds....on the break they are exceptional. at 13:56 23 Dec 2023
WBA away was a lesson so this isn't the first time we've been outclassed and outmuscled. Yes we can react negatively to games, tactics and the officials etc, but perspective is key. Their squad value is ridiculous, as is Leicester's and both of them shouldn't be playing in the Championship. |
| Forum Reply | There's an over reaction on here at 13:34 23 Dec 2023
Just a reminder, the total value of their squad is over £200million. Thankful to get Leeds out of the way before Christmas and Leicester will be out of the way by the end of January. January transfers have to be spot on. |

I believe it's the designated family section, the away disabled fans are still positioned in the lower West Stand next to the tunnel. Pretty much guaranteed they'll have an area in the visitors section for disabled away fans once they've redeveloped the Cobbold Stand. |

First 10/15 was a bit cagey, but we soon settled into our game but weren’t clinical enough. Frustrating to take, but we’re heading in the right direction. |

This is a bit weird, but I think I understand it. by NthQldITFC 16 Dec 2023 16:34I get the feeling that generally the board is not too bothered about not winning today. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather have won this game than the Middlesbrough game or the Watford game - swapped the results round if you like. I think I understand why many of us seem to feel like this.
After however many years it is since beating Norwich, after being a division below them for four years, I would have thought that I would be hurting after us 'blowing a golden opportunity' to put the natural order straight again.
I can't quite believe I'm saying all this, but I think it's because we've just flown straight past them and they've suddenly become a bit of an irrelevance. We are, and we were today, demonstrably so much better than they are, and our two clubs are going in completely different directions.
It might be that age has mellowed, or it might be that I look forward to beating them at their place in April and clinching promotion then, it certainly isn't that I love Ipswich Town any the less than I used to, but for me today was just a slight disappointment before two really important games coming up. Nailed it. |
