i can see where people are coming from with 'dont sell the spine of the team' but McA is not irreplaceable and 2 mil for a 30 y/o isnt bad money. bring in a central defensive leader to replace him, in the de vos mould (not sure if they'll be easy to find though) and this would also help the more inexperienced defenders.

i do like peters but i feel he'd be better as a winger. he simply is not a defender and seems to get turned inside out by any half decent winger.

McA is not irreplaceable, whilst hes done a good job i wouldnt mind him leaving if he was replaced by a more dominant figure..possibly in the de vos mould.
