Barty - I agree we don't want Barnsley catching us but I think we should be looking up the table rather than down. Games in hand do not equate to points on the board. Wednesday are only 3 points ahead at the end of the day. |

We can still catch Wednesday. The best result at Oakwell is probably a draw but I'd much rather Barnsley win than Wednesday. |

Does that mean the possible FA Cup replay at Rotherham would be Wednesday 18th rather than Tuesday 17th Phil? |

The midweek after the Crewe game is EFL Trophy Round 2 (most likely Wednesday 1st December) so we won't have a free midweek after the Crewe game (assuming we get through tonight of course). |

'It has to see a return on its investment, and that return in all likelihood can only be achieved by way of promotion to the Premier League.' That's the key sentence in Marcus Evans' statement. I genuinely believe this is the best day our football club has seen in over two decades. |

Sorry to be picky Phil but there's just the three errors here. Round of 32 is 8th/9th December not January. You've missed the Quarter-Finals which are 2nd/3rd February. Last season we lost to Exeter in the last 16 not the quarter final. |

Phil:- According to the BBC Sport website the Plymouth vs Bristol Rovers replay is the following week (Tues 17th Dec) although I know not why. If it's Bristol Rovers is it likely to be on the Sunday (meaning Exeter would be on the Wednesday) on account that Bristol City are at home as well (to Shrewsbury) or will they allow both Bristol games to be played on the Saturday? |

To be fair, we did sort of ease off in the second half. We voluntarily played the second half with nine players, two players went down to Playford Road at half time to play the U-21s game. Yet we still scored eight goals without reply in the second half even with two players less! I felt a bit sorry for the Kesgrave girls. They tried their best but the gulf in quality was so vast it was a bit farcical really. |
