Look at how hard MM struggled and he's had 40 years experience.
You've got to bring something else to the table in the form of achieving something in a managerial position. Not just some badges from the FA and a sense of entitlement to another big wage.
Start looking for a young manager with some success last season and then keep going down the list/divisions until someone says yes.
