Exactly, why not sign someone like Ellington. It isnt has if we are paying any money in transfer fees for him and who knows he could get 15+ goals next season which I would be more than happy with. And plus, I can't see him being on extortionate wages as clearly he wants to play under Jewell. |

stiffshorts - are you crazy!? Delaney and Mcauley are arguably the best centre half partnership in the entire league and have kept us in a lot of games with their outstanding last ditch defending. Without fail he always puts his body on the line for the team and you can see how distraught he was after his mistake against Forest the other night. You can see his passion and desire to succeed in this team recently which we may not have seen under Roy Keane but that just goes to show what impact Paul Jewell has had on this Football Club.

Very uncomfortable with Lee-Barrett in goal, especially against a team like the scum. Fair play to him though he has been very good recently but I just feel there is always a chance he could do something which costs us a result. However, you could say the same about the other two.. |
