I am 37 years old and a town fan of 30 years and tonight is the lowest I have felt. The whole structure of the club is wrong,we have always brought through good young talent and moulded them into players,nowadays we think the solution is to bin the young players and bring in fat cat ex prem players,It does not work, if you look at our two most successful managers sir bobby and George,they had the same philosophy,make the players you have got better and build a team,I think I am right in saying sir bobby only brought around 10 players in all the time he was at portman |
