Why does everything that counts as ‘success’ for them, relate to us rather than any actual footballing achievement of their own?
It’s almost like they realise that this is their last desperate chance to try and get promoted before they sell the family jewels, turn the lights out as they can no longer afford the electric and the last one out shut the door. |

I know it’s only a minute sample size, but the Stoke forward just walked straight past him for their goal yesterday.
Barely an attempt at a tackle.
Might just be indicative of the general attitude around St Mary’s though. |

I’m curious to know, but can’t afford to lose the brain cells involved in engaging with them to find out -
It’s constantly being thrown at us that, even if we did go up we’d get destroyed and come straight back down.
Is this intended to be a withering out down designed to humiliate?
The only reason I ask is that getting into the Prem and getting destroyed each week is not only the Norwich model, but is also trumpeted as an example of huge success and dominance.

Will all come down to how we deal with their initial ‘flood’.
Think they’ll totally dominate possession for the first 15/20 minutes.
If we can get through that without conceding we’ll be ok. |

Nobody in the top half of the table is in any sort of meaningful form whatsoever.
Everyone is just stumbling toward the inevitable conclusion to the season.
But if ‘they’ win the play-offs because everyone else effectively steps aside and lets them, it would just be the most ‘Norwich’ thing ever. |

He’s just trying to mug off their ‘fans’, and pray that it keeps him in a job in the Champ next season after they’ve had to sell Rowe, Sara, Sainz and probably Sargent too.
The £30 million head-start they had over the majority of Championship sides at the start of the season makes the ‘achievement’ somewhat less extraordinary than Wagner would have everyone believe. |

Our two upcoming away games are closer together than theirs were.
The difference is that McKenna hasn’t made us into victims before a ball is kicked.
Simon Jordan made the same point on Talksport about Maresca a few weeks back.
Farke was giving all the reasons why they might lose against QPR ahead of the game.
Lo and behold. No sympathy from me. |
