Couldn't agree more brendanh. This is the time to stop playing the flops that are going to be here next season. Lets see the likes of Hyam, Carson and Stevensen this afternoon. |
| News Comment | Smith Keen to Stay at Town at 15:55:38
tractorboybig have u been watching a different team this year. Edwards has been one of are most consistant performers this season. He has dramastically improved his defence game and provides a real threat going forward. Are the people that constantly slag him off on here blind? Smith deserves a new contract. Though probably still more of a squad player next season than a regular starter. |
| News Comment | Jewell Waiting on Leadbitter Ahead of Blackpool Game at 16:50:45
Hamish1979 I'm sure your right in suggesting that is marcus evans. Lose tomorrow and surely Jewell will be gone. Where are the new signings then? Irons in the fire? Start getting some quality players in or pay the price. |
| News Comment | Jewell Embroiled in Sexism Storm at 12:32:43
Come on who actually thinks Jewell has said anything wrong here? Besides its clear that women have a place in football: serving the pies and hot dogs at half time and cleaning the stands after the match. |

Sindre94 ur support is defintely appreciated. To be fair ITFC needs all the fans we can get with the way things are going at the moment. |
| News Comment | Jewell: Same Old Story at 21:08:28
Godd point made by PSGBlue. We have had such a turnaround of players and still we have no stability or long term prospects. Bad times and I'm starting to fear the worst. |
| News Comment | Town Eyeing Norwich Striker at 21:03:15
Surely this cannot be true. I'm not sure Jewell has the bulls to sign another 30something year old. |

DutchTownFan: That is exactly what I suspect. Wasn't the Keith Andrews loan one those with a view to a permanent signing. Thats looking unlikely now. |

alfromcol I agree with your post but you can hardly blame people for wanting to stay at home and save some money. Like many other I would like to see some of the youngsters given a go. Luke Hyam was doing a good job last season before being frozn out. Give these lads a go and see if they have what it takes. |
| News Comment | Jewell Hugely Disappointed at 20:13:54
Time to go Jewell. Relegation fight now. How many of those players playing this afternoon will be here next year? Hardly any. Most are not fit wear the shirt. |
| News Comment | Jewell: We Deserved More at 14:10:41
Interesting point made by Garv. I disagree that we were the better team. IMO it was an even game with both teams looking poor. No one deserved to win it. Spot on about Chopra - he really is providing nothing in recent games. For me an area of concern is the wide players. Murphy was dreadful yesterday although in fairness to him its not his naturall position. Lee Martin is not championship standard so I for one would like to see Carson back in the side. |
| News Comment | Skipper Leadbitter Set to Return at Reading at 15:54:03
All this talk of continuity and building for the future gives the impression that Jewell has realised his errors in the last transfer window. Would love to see a quality performance from Leadbitter to prove the doubters (of which I am one) wrong. COYB |
| News Comment | Andrews Out, Scotland a Doubt at 15:48:35
blues1 do you really believe that Drury would want to leave if he was told he had the chance to play and possibly get a run in the side? The reason he wants to leave us is because he believes he has no chance of featuring for us. I dont blame him for wanting out. Leadbitter can be a very good player on his day but those days are very rare. The reason I said he is on his way out is not based on what any other bloggers have said but on the fact that his contract expires in the summer and he has not signed the new one offered to him. I would be very surprised if Town offer him a better one now. Lets hope he can perform at Reading. COYB |
