| Forum Thread | Burton ticket promotion query at 15:18 12 Feb 2020
Are season ticket holders able to purchase tickets at the discounted price? Or does it need to be Silver and Gold members? No idea how it works but looking for an adult and under 12s ticket. Any help would be much appreciated, cheers |

Everybody looking forward to his contract getting extended? Astonishingly one dimensional, a few misplaced kicks out for throw ins, completely inept at getting forward. Totally arrogant talking about keeping his options open, I wouldn't have him playing in the Lowestoft reserves. ps did everybody enjoy him jogging out to defend the cross for the first goal? poor Jonas, just give him some more money for goodness sake! Where on earth is the berating of Chambers on here? Is he literally untouchable by the fans because he talks a good game and does a fist pump when we win? Luke Chambers is so far out of his depth and thankfully for him a McCarthy style of football shadowed this because all Mick relied on him doing was getting in the way and walloping the ball into no mans land. Excruciatingly slow when the ball is played in behind him, completely unforgivable passing which leads to a killer goal after 15 minutes and endless thumping of the ball when an actual footballer like Chalobah comes and asks for it in midfield. And as for Knudsen lord almighty he is astoundingly bad going forward, the deliveries today were sunday league but he has been the main culprit of this for a long time and is by far and away the worst left back at the club for a decade at least. And you know what I blame Hurst because he has had time now to recognise this and try something different but no wonder it's the same old when he plays Mick's best boys in Chambers, Knudsen and Skuse. Tonight was horrifying and don't let this idea of a decent second half get to your head because a Pulis side has already won the game at 2-0 up and they were very happy to let us play. Atrocious, clueless and painful. We're going nowhere fast. |

He, not surprisingly, said that the players were all very happy under Mick and were sad to see him go. He did also agree that there were players there who were happy under him Cos they knew they'd get a chance regardless of their ability, moreso because of the work rate and their chances of playing week in week out. What's happening right now is a risk but im much happier in a situation where the players have to work their arse off to afford a place and the line ups are selected on the basis of skillset and footballing ability. These are young and hungry players chomping at the bit to impress in the current situation and I think long term if we can get through this rut we have a chance of developing into something very exciting. I'm nervous but I truly believe beating Norwich would create something very exciting. The derbies under Mick were total dross, sucking the fun and life out of the most exciting game of the year in order to not lose, which lets face it happened rarely. We're heading into a derby knowing we will go all out to put goals past them and I've not been as excited about it for a long long time. Up the town, I love this club and I truly believe we're gonna do it. |
