POLDARK.... As much as it upsets me THAT IS ITFC as we speak. With MM in charge I doubt we'd ever get relegated but in the same breath we will never get promoted. If that's "OK" for some then fine. It isn't for me and I would rather do a Man City and go down to come up stronger than put up with this long ball rubbish that we seem to be happy to put with 😡 |

I have no clue as to what planet most people are on here?. 15 long and painful years in the second division. MM has done ok with what we have but there is a desperate need for that "Something Else" that would have won that game for us today. If anyone saw MM post match interview you will have noticed his absolute lack of ambition. Justified or not it doesn't give your players the right attitude heading into a local derby. The scummers were poor and having equalised just on half time there should have been only one winner. Sadly "Hoofball" took over , as usual, and we gave the Canaries a point they should not have got😡 |

What absolute rubbish. The lack of any ambition is just clear for all to see. Norwich just had to turn up second half. They know Ipswich have next to nothing and were quite happy to just get the draw and maybe get the winner on the counter attack. Very disappointing performance. MM out and some new ideas in please. A good performance but the lack of goals is still a worry. I do think we should be able to make much more of Knudsen's impressive long throws. Not one chance has come from them that I can recall?. Will we beat Norwich, I doubt it but a draw and another performance like last night wouldn't be bad at all I don't think. |

I know its only early days but the signs are not good. I cant see us getting anything from the Wolves game and on this kind of poor form its likely that Naarich will give us a good hiding next weekend. I always want to be positive about Town's chances but Connor Grant and Grant Ward aside I am struggling to see any positives. Bart is a good GK but only he can do so much when we defend like we did Saturday. MM bashing aside, surely the Captain needs to take some blame for our severe lack of organisation at set pieces?
Hopefully some miracle will take place and Wolves have an off night and we get much needed 3 points before our feathered friends come a gloating looking to add more misery ! :-( |

7 changes was a poor decision. The team that finished the second half on Saturday and won us the game should have started last night. Douglas is just a joke and i don't buy this lack of fitness for Murphy as he only played 135 mins during the Euros. Hardly enough time to get a sweat on for a professional footballer let alone be jaded two months later ! . As BattyBlue says, Sears is a shadow of his former self and being played out of position for so long is starting to show. Both new wingers need to start regularly now and we need to stop this hoof ball which we resorted to in the second half last night. If popular opinion is correct and MM is not the manager to take us forward then who would be peoples choice from whats available now? .......Oh and on the Radio Suffolk theme it was such a breath of fresh air to have Terry Butcher instead of the very boring Mick Mills. |
