Strange thing is have spent 45 mins in queue for tkt office this morn to be told we can't do the same as semi as we would sell out of Tkts . Pointed out it was no prob in semi and we had 14000 less Tkts then so how would we sell out . Was told I would have to sit on my own or wait until general sale to sit with my daughter who I buy a tkt for most weeks . What finished me off was when he told me I was the first person not 100 % happy with there tkt scheme , he couldn't answer when I asked why I had to wait 45 mins to get through to office . |

So we all sit alone or wait until general sale , this will really help the chaos . How come they have changed it from the home leg where ST could at least get 1+1 Tkts , this would still leave 10000+ for general sale . Just a question as well if even on general sale you need a customer no , have we got 39000 people with customer nos , needs to be sorted in case we happen to get through . |
