Obviously you don't want to lose your captain for 6 weeks to international duty. If you do, you hope to have a suitable replacement. We could lose him or any player to injury and for a much longer period but again you hope for a suitable replacement. What me must hope is if our skipper gets the call, he gets games, he helps his country and returns ready to go and continue with our promotion push. |

Some great performances from younger players, bodes well for the future. We never stopped and predominately looked like the better team until they got a foothold. Never a sending off in my opinion. I know a few see this as a ‘Mickey Mouse' comp but it does give game time to our younger and second string members. Game time is valuable to the whole squad. Let's not push the panic button just yet. Remember that before the weekend we were ‘Defo going up' and' KMC is the best manager we've had'. Let's not be hypocrites. |
