| News Comment | Fans Urged to Stay Off the Pitch at 18:55:06
Just stay off the pitch, its that simple. Let the players and management have time to get themselves together and come out so the fans can show their appreciation for the 1st decent season in years. The club should announce anyone found on the pitch will be banned, for the whole of next season. |
| News Comment | McKenna: We Had Quite a Long Meeting On Thursday at 18:19:57
Please just win tomorrow. I like KM, but he has been backed by the owners and the current form is not good enough. Too much tinkering, in my hunble opinion, as I dont think he knows what his best team is. 3-0 tomorrow, the start of a winning run. |
| News Comment | Morsy: It's Still On at 10:48:50
Sorry Sam, I don't think it is. 2 points from the last 2 matches is just not enough, more worrying is only 1 goal. I hope I am wrong, but I think we will finish about where we are. |
| News Comment | McKenna: Club's History and Tradition Should Be Embraced at 08:49:03
100% correct. Our history, is our history. You can't change it, it will always be there. Many clubs would love to have our history. Embrace it, rather than it being a weight round the neck of the club, but lets hope we now make our own positive mark on history.COYB |
| News Comment | Ex-Blues Owner Set for 65 Per Cent Stake in Huddersfield at 14:38:25
He must have had such a bad time of owning a football club, putting in his 8mil a year to keep the club afloat, he wants to do it again. Only one person benefitted from owning ITFC and it was Marcus Evans. |
| News Comment | Lincoln Match Postponed at 14:16:52
Unfortunately, i think clubs will use this to their advantge. If clubs have squads of 25, are you sure they cant field a team to play? I think we have to give credit to our club with the measures thay have put in place, such as taking the team on 2 coaches to away games. |
| News Comment | Town Confirm McKenna Appointment at 21:20:59
I wish you the absolute best of luck and genuinely hope you know what this job needs. I am not sure this is the right appointment, but will be delighted to eat my words. COYB. |
| News Comment | Manchester United First-Team Coach Set to Be Town Number Two at 18:18:14
Really not sure about these appointments. In my very humble opinion, a Neil Warnock is what we need. Someone with experience, who would take no nonsense, good man management, who would kick arse when required. This is Ashtons, 1st real test . I work with people from Bristol who dont rate Ashton at all. Lets see. |
| News Comment | Former Canaries Boss Linked With Town at 11:22:45
Just simply, NO. No to old ITFC links, too emotional, no to anyone who has managed Norwich. No to Lampard or Terry. No to Neil Harris. My choice and I know it will not be popular is Neil Warnock. Manager who has won the most promotions and would sort the playing side out. 18 month contract, with a place on the board after the 18 months if all has gone well. |
| News Comment | Former Owner Evans Eyeing Move For Championship Club at 11:19:08
He must have done really badly financially, owning ITFC obviously. All that 6 million a year he put in to keep the club afloat, scoff, scoff. Only one person benefitted by owning ITFC and it was Marcus Evans. All the exposure his company got by having links to ITFC. Amazing that when going down to the 3rd tier, he didnt want his name on the front of the shirts. |
| News Comment | Beattie Statue Unveiling Date Set at 10:50:59
Kevin Beattie was in a box with us when England played at Portman road when Wembley was being rebuilt. We were in the bext box along to the Beckham family. After the game David Beckham came up to meet his family, looked across to where we were and sent one of his team to ask is that Kevin Beattie as David would like to meet him. At the time David Beckham was the most famous footballer in the world, yet here he was asking to meet Kevin Beattie. It just shows what a player Beattie was. A fitting tribute to a great footballer and a genuinely good guy. RIp Kevin. |
| News Comment | Cook Aiming For Three Wins in a Week, Starting With Crewe at 13:18:17
I have backed cook, but I am starting to question that backing. I think teams know exactly how we are going to play, as we only seem to have 1 formation. Cook is starting to seem as stubborn as Lambert, with a much stonger squad, at least on paper. A comfortable win at the weekend is an absolute must. |
| News Comment | Schwartz at Fans' Forum at 20:43:24
Watched it on youtube, really impressed with the panel. Our club, does genuinely, seem to be in good hands. |
| News Comment | Coulson: It Wasn't Good Enough at 07:52:40
I am a big Paul Cook fan and believe he will get us to where we need to be, but.... There are too many times comments after games sound like comments from previous regimes. The time for talking is over, starting tonight against Wycombe. Lets get the lead, hold onto it, build on it and bring the 3 points home. We have given so many points away from winning positions. COYB. |
| News Comment | Cook: Accrington Was a Harsh Lesson at 12:49:36
I am not one of the happy clapper brigade and have been critical of the club the past 14 years. But, please, can we give Paul Cook a chance? The last few years have been rubbish and it would have taken Sir Alex Ferguson time to sort that mess out. I truly believe frm here on in, we will win more than we lose and get promoted. I am so bored of all the negativity. COYB. |
| News Comment | Morsy: Boss is as Focused as I've Ever Seen Him at 12:47:03
I said Cook needs to be given until the end of September. If things havent started to improve by then, i think he could be in trouble. What position were man city in last october, weren't they 12th? They then went on an amazing run and won the league at a canter. I still believe in Cook, I think he is the man for the job still, I hope I am right. |
