All I want is a young coach/manager who is open minded enough to build a team based upon ability and not reputation.
Who ever we get in needs to be signed up on a 5 year contract with players signed up on 3/4 year deals.
I wish there was still the rule about only having a certain amount loanees throughout the season (i think it was maximum of 5 with 1 long term one). |

Only scored 2 goals or more in 2 of the last 22 league games.

1. He will set up his team negatively and only play 1 up front
2. We will NEVER break quickly on the counter attack
3. We will not score more than 1 goal (for the 20th time in last 22 games)

The direction Jewell is taking the club is down a one way street to self destruction.
Surely he should be spending the international break working on the tactical side of our play such as set pieces, as he himself has identified that by doing this effectively can win or lose tight games.
What is he doing instead ? Getting a vast quantity of players together who haven't had time to settle, let alone them understand what they need to be doing at set plays / key moments during a game.
Wellans and Campbell epitomise this by signing them then playing them both without any training sessions.
We got what we planned for against Cardiff and he is making the same mistake again this week. |

Tactically Jewell doesn't have a clue. We have now not scored 2 goals in a game for the 18th game out of the last 20. Is this any surprise, of course it's not! ! ! As his formation remains negative game after game, he cannot affect a game positively with substitues and he changes his players every game.
I remember the best sequence of results we had under Jewell, when he first took over and used virtually the same players week in, week out.
Time to change the manager as we have capable players at the club. |

Jewell has now overseen a team that have failed to score more than 1 goal in a game for the 17th league game out of the last 19.
How on earth can we expect to win games when we only seem able to score a maximum of 1 goal a game because the manager is so tactically inept........... |
