I personally think Garvan will do better in the premiership where the pace tends to be a bit slower than the championship.

Personally i don't care if they are irish, ex sunderland, ex man u or eve ex Norwich (will maybe not that one!). If they can do a job then great.
Keane knows these players very well and if he can get them then fantastic, much better than signing someone who looks good but ends up having the wrong attitude...
I don't buy the fact we need a 20 goal man either, i think with the right support both Stead and Priskin could do that for us. I do think we are relying to much on Wickham though, it's great to see him being brought through but maybe one more experienced body would mean he's doesn't have such a burden on him... |
