Ticket Promotion at Hull Match

the problem i have is that ever since becoming a season ticket holder way back i have sat in the family area of the east of england coop stand area k.This was originally because my boys were very young when we first had these tickets and because we like the seats we stuck with them. Whenever i try and buy tickets in these promotions for my other adult sons i am turned down because it is a family area and i don't have any children only adult ones. My arguement has always been isn't it better to have bums on seats be they big or small but the club would rather these seats remain empty than take my money i don't know what others think but to me this is just silly but unfortunatley a sign of how our beloved club is run now. I therefore cannot take advantage of these offers apart from buying kids tickets and then upgrading but after being a verg long standing season ticket holder i think why should i keep messing about. what do you all think

i have to agree with the comments above. Ok yes none of us has been happy with the situation at portman road but last night made me ashamed to be a supporter of ipswich town football club. This was due to the senseless idiots in the crowd singing sacked in the morning etc. The poor man was humiliated enough to do that was unforgivable and just shows how low our club has sunk. To me those eleven players on the pitch have to take as much responsibility as the manager. Oh how i wish i was Simon Clegg - whatever i do i will always have a job - must be like that cos he has done his best since he has been here to ruin the club. To those of you who sang those awful words on tuesday just stay away and leave those of us true supporters to pick up the pieces and carry on. to Paul Jewell all the best in the future.

Jewell Still Has Backing of Bosses

The problem at the moment is not totally the manager as a season ticket holder for mo re years than i care to remember it makes me want to cry to see the state our beloved club is in. For this i mainly blame Marcus Evans and especially Simon Clegg. What they have done today shows how little they care for our club. There is little point season ticket holders boycotting matches as they already have our money and that is all they care about. To prove a point about Mr Clegg a fewyears ago two days after we had beaten Norwich i met David Sheepshanks at my place of work. We spoke for at least fifteen minutes about the match and the club. Last year i was having trouble buying tickets ( thats a whole different story) and on coming out of the ticket office Mr Clegg was at the gate talking to the security guy. I asked very politely if i could have a word with him at which point he looked me up and down like he had scraped me off his shoe said nothing and walked off. Bobby Robson asked Marcus Evans before he died to take care of his club god only knows what the great man would be thinking now sad very sad
