i think mick mccarthy is a good choice to take us forward. He will demand the respect of the players and im sure will have no problem getting the ones who seem to have lost their fight back into shape. I also suspect he will have no problems weeding out the ones who seriously don't care.
He will definitely have an influence in sorting out our defensive issues we've had for a while.. hopefully realising that carlos edwards is not a right back!
I would like to see maybe a bid for sylvain ebanks blake too in january, im sure we'll see some old faces used to Mick joining us soon.
Look forward to the new ITFC let's get this club back to where we should be. |

as much as the result disappointed me when I saw it, and after reading the report it seems we werent as good as we should have been, I realise it is only a pre season friendly. alot of the negative comments on here have some basis but I'm going wait until the west ham game, where I hope pj has worked out a formation and a starting 11 against strong opposition who he believes can put Ipswich in as good a position as we can get before I begin to judge where I see us heading |
