I don't agree with people calling for Mick to go.
Lets all remember what a state we were in when he took over the managerial position. I do not want us to repeat what happened to Jim Magilton and how he was treated. Jim arguably had a better squad then Mick's got now but guided us to just one point off the play-off's and we played some attractive football too! Then we all got a little too expectant and set ourselves back 5 seasons with the awful appointments of both Roy Keane and Paul Jewell. Let's keep the faith with Mick, we do have a good squad and a very good manager, I do believe one big win will get us on our way. We are only 5 points off the play offs, in ten games time we could be well back in the ascendancy. Let's all keep the faith!

To be honest i am hoping the number 3 vacancy means a new left back is on the way. It may be too soon to judge Jonny Parr but his distribution is poor and he only seems to have one idea.
With Mings & Cresswell occupying that position over the past few seasons we have been able to get away with the less attack minded Chambers on the right and have been spoiled with the attacking prowess of both Mings and Cressy.
Going forward we look fantastic and I am hoping there is a number being saved for the likes of Giles Coke, Darren Ambrose and Luke Varney.
