| News Comment | EFL Matches Postponed as Mark of Respect at 18:14:45
I'm really shocked by a lot of these comments. I'm living abroad, I have done for the last 10 years, but fly back regularly for games. I'm not the biggest royalist, but they the Queen, Charles and William and Kate are a great representation of the UK, and we should be very proud to have them as our heads of state. I personally am proud of our history and what our monarchy represents. Even if some people aren't fans of the royals, I think they should still muster respect for them at their passing. The match is being postponed, not cancelled... |

Phil, I suggest removing comments from this thread... With idiots such as Istanblue and OwainG1992, it's best removing their primative posts, or filtering posts just to leave posts such as michaeldownunder's. |
| Blog Comment | 'Gay Footballers? No, the Fans Wouldn't Have It' at 10:45:22
I really don't know why these discussions and opinions from either side keep coming up regarding these subjects.... I don't think they are relevant. I go to see the tractor boys for the football, if the players are gay/neo-nazi/pro communist is their own private issue and I'm happy for them to keep it to themselves and just concentrate on their football! |

Julie Andrews can fly, so yes I would go with that! Teresa might not fully compliment Leadbitter in midfield though... |

ipsuefa, - he probably has a super-injunction on anything bad so we wouldn't know! He may even be spending his summer as a mercenary in Libya for all we know...!! |

Adam Tanner too! I thought we were building a team that would gel and work well together? So are we getting 11 signings from the zoo then? |
| News Comment | Roberts Second Striker Signing? at 23:59:55
Chruchmans, you're talking crap. Go to bed. You say bring in Roberts, and you agree that it should be a 1 year deal, but then you say you need to replace the squad, something which means it would be a 2 year building plan?! You're just chatting for chatting's sake |

Would be good to see PJ bringing in a quality midfielder who is a gifted passer of the ball as well as a talented winger. One of which would have to be a wicked set piece taker as we need that badly. Hopefully: Fulop Edwards,Delaney,Ingimarsson, Kennedy/JW, winger, Leadbitter, DM, Martin. Wickham, Chopra |

I've just heard it all before, people were so keen on the Scotland transfer with these sort of comments, got used to them failing the build-up. If he does sign i'd love him to prove me wrong and I'm always fully behind any signing (unless it's Bellamy), I've just got used to it all every time and can't see it. Saw Murray when he was at Tourquay (when he came on) - he'll hardly play next season I think, he's just not upto it. |
| News Comment | Roberts Second Striker Signing? at 23:34:33
When we were signing Scotland I thought he would be a good striker, and he has been when presented with a decent opportunity he takes them well, just needs good chances. Roberts is 33, so 34 next season, good player, yes, but unless we're going for a full promotion push next season, why get him in when we could get a younger, hungrier striker in who has it all to prove and can be there for the 2 seasons we'll probably be pushing to go up |

Not sure about this one. Still a good striker, but no better than Scotland in my opinion. If we got him would have to be a 1 year deal. If we're going for this type of striker, stick with what we have. You never know, Priskin could play well up front with Chopra to create for chopra to bang them in. Would prefer a younger, hungrier striker than this |
