I would contend that between now and the close of the summer window we need....
GK (to replace Henderson when he leaves next week)
RB (to replace ORR, also next week, it is too early to see Hewitt as a regular first team starter)
CB (to replace Kisnorbo at the end of the month)
4 wide midfield players (replacing Martin - he is not going to sign a new deal, Edwards - time to say thanks and Carson - can not see him being good enough. These can wait to the summer)
3 central midfielders (I would like to see NDaw and NRC join on permanent deals, plus one more, to go alongside Hyam. Drury is not good enough)
3 forwards (I would be happy with Murphy, Mclean and Campbell) to go alongside McGoldrick, Nouble and Taylor. Good bye JET, Chopra, Ellington, Scotland and Murray
