Signing of the summer!

I and several others had a trial with this guy at Peterborough last year. He talked about Wrighty and Ipswich and how a certain 'overseas keeper' was a bit of a handful! He seems a great coach though.

Legend - used to love watching him pinging balls at Wrighty in pre-match warm ups. He had a more powerful shot than most of our players!

Agree with most of the posts so far. Always rated him as a goal keeping coach and was saddened when he went last time. If we end up with ALB and Fullop he might get more from them (although I would rather see a new keeper come in and Fullop move on)

Best news this summer, always been quality keepers wherever Malcolm has been.
Welcome home Malc!

Afraid I have to differ with all of the above.
I believe we saw the best of Wright a year or two before he left for Arsenal. Latterly he regressed under Webster, however no other coach has improved him since.

Great news wanted him when Mr Rhodes left but we got that other Holland guy.

Fulop will be better this season now.

A welcome return for Echelon Webster. I recall the times he was spotted up at the all weather scouting the best young keeper in Suffolk, the call was then made and the dream came true.

This man of standards has the full backing of my entire consortium

A brilliant signing that will probably help our youngsters rather than MF or ALB. You can't teach an old dog new tricks and all that.

I fully agree with Esteemed_Canon. Webster is clearly an echelon with a mark of standards evident. He will bring much gravitas to the club and will sort out the riff raff that we call Goalkeepers.

I am sure he will be pleased to have an organisation with such high social stature as the Consortium backing him.

26_Paz is clearly a fine product of society and strikes me as someone who enjoys a good cheeseboard. You only need to look at the likes of Echelon Webster / Colin Healy and our club is clearly becoming associated with the very best of standards. I have every confidence that Mr Webster will be results driven and get our Goalkeepers performing at an acceptable level.

The consortium are a society of maverick form and it's only a matter of time before Echelon Webster thanks this esteemed group of men for their support.

Me thinks he only keeps the job if Mike Pollet turns us down.
