Listened to all of Desert Island Discs on the repeat this morning and heard him waxing lyrical about his local club when he was a boy in Barnet, and the glamour of meeting Elton John. And even though he reminisced about 1990 not a mention of Sir Bobby. Perhaps Culford is not such a great school after all.
it was a bit of a disappointing listen to be honest. Nothing against him, but there was no real drama or pain or much interest in everything he said. I prefer the ones where people have had a terrible upbringing and cry about it.
