Mental health is a popular subject in these times and with a daughter with severe anxiety, its quite a comforting feeling knowing that there are hundreds of you out there, just like me, who share a common bond of loving Ipswich Town.

I am lucky in that I don't have any real problems in that respect but occasionally, I do take solace in knowing that there are loads of other blue and white divs out there, just like me, who I could turn to for town related chat if I so desired.

Incredible I open TWTD after dealing spectacularly badly with my own daughter’s anxiety only just a few moments ago. Maybe I should pop by more often. The urge is always to try and fix people and that doesn’t always end up with the intended results. Better get of TWTD and be a better Dad!
