Tourists, part one 18:55 - Jan 21 with 309 viewsvapour_trail

This is a vaguely amusing read on English crickets first foray overseas. Fortunately in the days before social media was in pre-planning phase.

Apologies if posted previously.

Trailing vapour since 1999.

I have got loads of books on cricket tours but the oldest tour that I have got covered is the 1897/98 England trip to Australia and written by Prince Ranjitsinhji who was one of the tourists.

The book was originally written in 1898 but my copy was a re-issue from 1985.
