Did I dream it or was there some kind of fans petition to get Jaime Peters to sign up back in the latter Royle days?

If so why did this happen, and why has it never been done again since? Was there something special about the kid?

My main memory is that he always looked like he had borrowed his dads shorts. Also, like Chappers he had a big leap for headers for such a little guy.

Barry MacLean, agent for Canada youngster Jaime Peters, has commented on the fans' petition aimed at persuading the winger to join the Blues. TWTD reported yesterday that Message Board regular Simon Copley had started the petition with the aim of encouraging the former Kaiserslautern trainee to commit his future to Town.
