I am getting a bit fed up at how its all being called an 'embarrassing draw' for Man Utd against Ipswich. The level of entitlement from some, is quite frankly ridiculous. If we had beaten them yesterday, and lets face it, there were two fantastic saves to stop that happening, we would have been 4 points behind them. There is much delight in seeing their demise, I have never liked Utd and seeing them now as a mid-table has been is just great. They deserve no better with they way they play. While they may still think they are one of the big boys, they are not in terms of match play and results. They WERE a great team and club, but football and the Premier League have moved on. Their new coach has a lot of work to do and it feels like yet another re-build is required. They exaggerated fouls, showed lack of intent, first goal aside there was little to scare us in front of goal and for all their 'world class names' Morsy, Delap and Hutchinson were by far better than any counterpart. Lets face it, Nottingham Forest next week is likely to be a tougher game, that says something. | |
