Imagine just 10 years ago someone would have told you there’d be an article on our assistant manager in the NY Times, Wrexham v Bournemouth would be a televised pre-season game in the USA, and nearly half of all English clubs would be owned or part-owned by Americans.

Indeed...and yet, back then, what would have been even more absurd than Americans taking over football, is Ipswich Town being in the premier league with one of the greatest managers in the game. Special times. |  | | |
