I'd imagine after add ons and Man City getting a cut of the profits we'll net c. £10m on Delap which potentially beats both?

yes, think wickham was a similar initial fee, seem to remember we did very well with sell on clauses for mings though.
our profit will be higher with delap, profit per year much more so!
