Transfer Feed are saying : Ipswich Town is showing interest in Sevilla's forward, Isaac Romero, despite his underwhelming performance last season. The Championship club is keen on acquiring him, even though he recently suffered a minor knee sprain in training and failed to score in two pre-season friendlies. Sevilla is open to offers for Romero, although he was initially considered part of Matías Almeyda's plans, who intended to evaluate him while awaiting reinforcements. Sheffield United is also competing for Romero's signature, as both Championship clubs have plans for him despite his struggles to meet expectations last season, following a strong previous campaign alongside En-Nesyri. The club expressed confidence in Romero but is willing to entertain offers. Last season, Romero scored five goals in 32 official matches, concluding the season as a substitute under Joaquín Caparrós. | |
