My wife is currently completing a doctorate in clinical psychology and is recruiting participants for her thesis, focused on understanding the experiences of over 65s who have been defrauded by someone they trust or had a relationship with (friend, family, professional etc).
Despite contacting many charities who specialise in this area, many of them are unwilling to help which has made finding participants very difficult.
