As i said. I wouldnt suggest Gerrard in the championship but Keane might have been better in the prem, also Gerrard.is a very differant character Yes we need someone who can keep us up but unless we unearth and attract some absolute gems not even Pep could keep us up. Maybe Lee Carsley is more youre cup of tea then? If we're really lucky we'll get for eg a european like when Arsenal got Arsene Wenger who wasnt widely known and he brought in some countryman that we also hadnt heard of - viera, petit, henry - who turned out to be ....quite good? |  |
