Surely the reduction of parachute payments will lead to a more closed shop among those already in the Premier League with promoted teams less likely to spend big because of the lack of safety net or clubs being more reckless because of it?

I think it's only fair and right that something needs to done about parachute payments. And yes, it does make it more important than ever that we stay up, and keep there!
