I certainly enjoyed that away day.
Pre game it was one that I (personally) had down as a "must take points from if we are serious about staying up" I know everyone has their views on this, so what will be will be.
And we didn't disappoint. We smelt blood, knew it was a great chance to take all 3 points. It came at the death, but it doesn't matter.
The keeper, hmmmm, still really unsure. That pass to Warburton, has that gone in his confidence would have been knocked even more. Thankfully the shot was even worse than the pass! His kicking too, leaves me uneasy, but if GON supports him then so do I.
Diop was solid, did the exact job I thought he'd been brought in to do.

Our midfield. I'm not sure if saying "when I look at them I feel emotional" is the correct statement really, but if anyone understands what I mean when I say I watch them and say to myself "fcking hell they play for my team" then that's what i feel.
They are all just so good, strong, athletic, technically good, clever. They have it all. When Luiz came on I just admired him really.
Then the boys up top. Emerson with a really solid loan striker 60/65mins, loved that he got the goal, grabbed the ball, and ran back wanting more. Big Zian nicking a proper poachers goal. We'll need those as the season progresses.
2 wins out of 4. both wins in the games that you'd think we could realistically get something from. Its a great start to the season. I think we get the win vs Fulham too.
