I've not lived in Bury for a few years now but would say some obvious ones to start with would be probably:
Kings Arms, several screens indoors and out.
Gym Bar.
Greyhound.
Mace Bearer.
Spread Eagle.
Disclaimer: I assume these places still exist and aren't now housing. Do check in advance.
