My understanding is that part of the philosophy of Mark Ashton is to sell on players at a profit which presumably fits in with the Gamechanger plan, but ignoring loan players who don't count for this purpose, the only players I can think have gone up in value are Edmundson and Burns. Much of the rest are likely to have gone down in value, some substantially. It also strikes me that it may be difficult to offload some of them, even if we offer them at rock-bottom prices, which will make future changes to the squad more difficult. I suppose the only saving grace is that Bonne may not be so expensive to buy. |  |
