Not many positives today 17:24 - Jan 2 with 307 viewsSlippinJimmyJuan

The red card seemed to work against us in the end. Lincoln made themselves difficult to break down, wasted time and got away with it. Hard to tell from ifollow, but that penalty looked soft to say the least and I'm sure I saw the ref indicate he was keeping track of time wasted in added time, yet he blew about 20 seconds after the nine minutes. Weak... again.

Burns hopefully not too bad. I really didn't rate a lot of Burgess' and Evans' decision making today, particularly towards the end of the game. Everyone seemed a bit off though; the ball seemed to bounce awkwardly off us a lot in general and we didn't get too much luck when Lincoln made mistakes. Way too many offsides.

Nice move for the goal, but that's about it. Will be interesting to see what approach we take to the cup match now, and also how quickly some business gets done. Back-to-back draws - probably the flattest time in McKenna's tenure so far - that in itself should be of some comfort. The next few weeks will be a fresh challenge for him. Looking forward to seeing how he adapts and bounces back. COYB.
