I would guess that’s largely due to the large ethnic Russian population rather than a particularly anti NATO sentiment? Isn’t there some law preventing Russians from gaining Estonian passportss I recall from my visit? In which case probably no surprise they don’t feel much loyalty?

They should probably increase security at that tank museum or the Russians will be dusting it off and sending it out!

It was a tongue in cheek comment given the Cold War models they are pushing out in Ukraine.
