I can't be bothered to read or comment on the loads of threads on McKenna but was interested that today's Star has an article on Dom Ball. He has become an ambassador for Sarcoma UK, a charity close to his heart because of childhood friend who was diagnosed with, and died of, Ewing Sarcoma. He is also donating the proceeds from his debut novel to Sarcoma UK. Whilst his football career may not have hit the heights, he clearly has his head screwed on and will not doubt make it in some other field if, and when, he leaves football.
