Coventry away Monday 29th December 6pm kick off 12:28 - Sep 21 with 517 views | rgp1 | Now we know this game is on Sky. But this day is not a Bank Holiday so presumably as a working day many will miss it, can anyone offer an explanation please? [Post edited 21 Sep 12:28]

Allows them to show two matches that evening. It’s inconvenient for home as well as away supporters.

You seem to be under the false impression that Sky give an eff about fans. They only care about the TV ‘consumer’. Poor isn’t it and you’re quite right to question it. Not content with corrupting English game with obscene amounts of money, they want to alienate as many true fans as possible doing so.

Or about the game itself. Given some of the analysis of the Championship so far this season, both during and post game shows that Sky are constantly looking for the next talking point or soundbite in every game. The amount of times the in game reviewing of footage is akin to a VAR review is astonishing, I would not be at all surprised if, (given the additional funding going into the EFL from Sky), they we actively campaigning for the introduction of VAR at the 2nd level.

Bang on. I urge any match going fans who subscribe to Sky/BT etc to cancel. If you subscribe you are part of the problem.

How many fans were supposed to work on the Friday of the Birmingham away game ? | | | | Login to get fewer ads

All good points but no I'm not under a false impression. I just wanted confirmation of what you said about the tv consumer and that what i was seeing as a fixture wasn't wrong. In any case, I thought Sky subscription rates were falling through the floor. Obviously not. [Post edited 21 Sep 13:46]
