'Israel’s far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir has lashed out at the European Union after it imposed sanctions on Israeli settlers accused of violence against Palestinians.
In a post on X, Ben Gvir branded the bloc “antisemitic”, accusing it of targeting Israelis while ignoring attacks against them.
He also vowed to press ahead with settlement expansion despite the measures.
“The settlement enterprise will not be deterred. We will continue to build, to plant, to defend, and to settle throughout the entire land of Israel.”
