Worth noting anyone going to Blackpool from Euston coming down the A12 and hoping to park on the outskirts of London and get the tube in, is that your best bet is driving to Newbury Park and getting the central line into Liverpool Street from there.

No, it isn't as the car park will be full of rail replacement buses.

It's also a long way from Euston still.

Ipswich to Ely
Ely to Kings Cross

Took a little bit more time, but much less hassle.
